Meg Miller – “Weeded out the bad to find the best!” - We went through 4 different landscape design companies and spent tens of thousands of dollars re-doing our landscaping before finding Browne & Associates. They were the first company that understood the architecture of our home (mid-century modern) and the first to develop a plan that fit with our aesthetics and our budget. Bill Clark – “Excellent Work” We recently bought a nice home with a horribly executed patio. After any number of discussions with unimpressive contractors and so-called experts, we met with Ben Browne of Browne & Associates, and within minutes it was clear we were speaking the same language. Browne had what we were looking for: impressive design and contracting skills, a thorough knowledge of what to plant where and which materials to use, and perhaps most of all a hard-working crew that paid attention to each and every detail. The result was a gorgeous patio that became something of a neighborhood attraction, with an outdoor grill, fire pit, seating walls, stunning lighting design, and great sound, subtly executed. Equally important, Brown & Associates service after the sale is first rate. After the patio project was complete, Ben and his crew kept coming over and tweaking things: a couple of plants didn’t live up to expectations, stair lighting was too bright, the lighting system had circuit breaker bugs, and several other items didn’t live up to Ben’s stringent standards: each was fixed or replaced without a word – or an invoice: the tasks were suggested by Ben as often as not. I would be happy for Ben to use us as a reference and a visual example of what Browne & Associates can do. Dawn P – “Very Difficult to Please Homeowner” My husband and I are the type of people who know exactly what we want; “it can’t be done” is not in our mind set. We had in mind pretty extensive remodeling project plan for the exterior of our home. Our goal was to create pleasant outdoor living environment, superior curb appeal, and to increase our property value. We interviewed few different landscaping design companies and contracted Browne & Associates, LLC to do the initial design. We really appreciated their talent in the design and the fact that the company actually does the work, instead of subcontracting the work, was the key to our decision in going with Browne & Associates, LLC. The crew that created the master pieces was probably the most dependable and courteous contractors my husband and I ever had the pleasure to work with in our all past major remodel projects. The project remodeled the back yard landscaping including the enormous paved patio, the front yard landscaping to the paved walk ways to the giant stone steps to the pillars to effacing the exterior of the house with beautiful stone. The surrounding neighbors were WOWED at the transformations. The whole project turned out better then expected! The entire project cost under $65,000 and the credit really goes to Browne & Associates in how they helped us stay on budget to the actual design plan by suggesting various alternatives to achieve the look and purpose without going over the budget. Wally Miles “Attention to Detail” - We had a major yard renovation with Brown and Associates in 2005. They completely re-landscaped our front and back yard. Their ideas, creativity, craftsmanship, attention to detail, work ethic and business sense were all outstanding! We have continued and will continue to work with Browne and Associates on new and fun ideas and projects as they arise. They did an awesome job recommending a suitable long-term plan within our budget, assisting us in plant & tree selection. The demolition went smoothly and they were careful with the existing landscape. The patio, seating wall, and fire pit they created are lovely. They also reshaped my landscape borders, added edging and moved sprinkler heads. The project finished on time, on budget despite a bit of rain and they left no mess for me.
